Our earnings come from a transparent sourcing and service fee — not hidden markups. The price you see includes the product cost from our supplier plus our agent fee, which covers:
- Product sourcing and quality verification
- Order processing and coordination
- Customer support and after-sales service
We are committed to keeping our fees fair and reasonable.
3. Products Are Fulfilled Directly From Our Suppliers
As your agent, we coordinate with our verified halal-friendly Korean skincare suppliers to deliver your order directly to you. This means:
- Delivery comes directly from our sourcing partner to your doorstep
- All products are sourced from suppliers who meet our halal, alcohol-free, and cruelty-free standards
- We verify that products are free from haram ingredients (no pork derivatives, no ethanol alcohol, no non-halal animal by-products)
4. Shipping Fees & Delivery — Full Transparency
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you are paying for. Here is how shipping works:
- Shipping fees are set by the supplier — these are the actual costs charged by the seller to ship your order from their warehouse to your address. Dewy District does not mark up or profit from shipping fees.
- This cost is either included in the product price (shown as free shipping) or displayed separately at checkout — we will always make this clear on each product page
- As your agent, we pass the exact shipping cost from the supplier to you — nothing more, nothing less
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way
